① Physical stock count (BVR)

The "SWINTON HOUSE BVR" Excel (.xls). Its BAR CLOSING column becomes the new baseline count. Replaces the count for that date.

② Purchase indent (RSBCL)

The RSBCL indent PDF. Each line (brand × cases/bottles) is added as received stock (a receipt) dated to the indent. Re-uploading the same indent replaces it, never double-counts.

Also accepts the cocktail-recipe sheet inside the BVR to keep cocktail consumption accurate. SKU names are matched to the liquor catalog automatically.
